My priority is to provide a print that you'll love. In the hopefully unlikely event that there is a problem then please do get in contact so I can resolve the issue for you.
Missing or damaged delivery - Please let me know so that either a replacement can be sent out or if preferred, a refund issued.
Unhappy with print - Printing and packing is completed with the utmost care and attention, but mistakes can happen! Please get in touch so that a replacement can be issued ir if preferred, a refund issued.
Digital Purchases - Please note that refunds cannot be issued for digital items, however if you are struggling to find your issued email purchase then please get in touch so we can resolve/resend.
